David Spaight

Mr. Spaight has served as an Operating Partner in the Healthcare Group at Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Spaight served as Chairman and CEO of WIL Research, President of MDS Pharma Services, Senior Vice-President of Fisher Scientific Products and Vice-President at PerkinElmer. Mr. Spaight currently serves as Executive Chairman of two private companies, CellCarta and OncoHealth, Inc., and previously served as Executive Chairman of the board of directors of BioIVT, LLP and Accument. He also served as Chairman of the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO) and was member of the ACRO board of directors for four years.

Spaight holds a BS in Chemistry and an MBA, both earned from the University of Michigan.
