Daniel Corcoran

Daniel Corcoran serves as General Counsel of Certara, joining the company in May 2024. Before Certara, Mr. Corcoran served as General Counsel for six years at Nexthink SA, an enterprise technology leader, providing SaaS and professional services solutions for Global 2000 and national government customers worldwide. Before Nexthink, Mr. Corcoran held leadership roles at Seattle-based public companies, working on IPOs, M&A, corporate finance, product development and launches, compliance, and new markets. Mr. Corcoran started his legal career in New York as a corporate finance associate and later represented clients from offices in Frankfurt and Sao Paulo.

Mr. Corcoran is a founding member of the industry-leading professional organization, TechGC, and has worked on various pro bono and legal support services through his role on the Board of Directors of the LGBT Bar Association of New York and as a volunteer mentor through the New York City Bar Association. Mr. Corcoran is a speaker and peer-reviewed author on technology, security, and law matters.

Mr. Corcoran holds a BA in German Literature from Columbia College of Columbia University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
